The Taiwan Professional Basketball League (TPBL) is pioneering a new standard in sports technology by integrating Spot's cutting-edge AI Film-Room to:

Capturing every game angle instantly, and preserving valuable historical footage for easy access anytime. With AI automated generation of judgment videos and data, decisions can be reviewed more precisely, significantly enhancing match quality.

Additionally, the league holds weekly referee meetings to review controversial plays from the previous week’s games. Using Spot’s AI Live Film-Room, the operations team quickly categorizes these plays, edits multi-angle and slow-motion clips of disputed decisions, and then has the technical director evaluate their accuracy. Discussions are then conducted with the referees involved, and the final review and confirmation are provided by the head referee.
